Ypto NV in Brussels is seeking an Operations Change Management Officer to lead the rollout and adoption of SIAM, SAM, ITAM, BMIT and related transformation initiatives.

You will bridge Operations with the wider SNCB organization, coordinate stakeholder engagement, learning, and communications, and monitor adoption across functions. This role requires a Masters or equivalent, 5+ years of change management experience, and comfort with hybrid work two days on-site in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in organizational change management within complex organizations.
• Experience supporting transformations involving multiple functions and external suppliers.
• Experience in IT, service management, or technology-enabled transformations.
• Knowledge of ITIL, SIAM, ServiceNow, or comparable service management environments.
• Experience with Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent methodologies.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model with on-site Brussels at least two days per week.

Responsabilités

• Assess change management needs during project intake and conduct readiness assessments.
• Develop integrated change strategies with activities, owners, milestones, and success measures.
• Translate initiatives into practical change interventions and support SIAM/SAM/ITAM/BMIT rollouts.
• Act as liaison between Operations, the business, and external partners to address resistance.
• Develop and execute targeted communication plans and coordinate learning needs.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs and report readiness and adoption to governance bodies.
