NMBS-SNCB is seeking an Operations Change Management Officer to drive people-focused change across strategic initiatives including SIAM, SAM, ITAM, and governance programmes. You will bridge Operations with stakeholders, ensure readiness, and embed new processes across the organization.

You will lead change strategies, coordinate learning, and address resistance while coordinating with external partners. A Master’s or equivalent experience is required and a hybrid Brussels-based role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in change management or related field.
• At least five years' experience in organizational change management.
• Experience in IT/service management transformations and multi-function projects.

Responsabilités

• Assess change needs during project intake and conduct readiness assessments across processes, governance, roles, and culture.
• Develop integrated change strategies, plans, milestones, owners, and success measures.
• Translate initiatives into practical adoption interventions for departments and stakeholders.
• Coordinate change across Operations, business units and external partners.
• Define and monitor adoption objectives, KPIs, risks, and governance; report accordingly.
• Support post-implementation embedding and continuous improvement.
