NMBS seeks an Operations Change Management Officer to support company-wide rollout of strategic initiatives in Operations, including SIAM, SAM, ITAM, and Process Governance. You will bridge Operations, SNCB groups, stakeholders, employees, and external partners to ensure adoption of new processes, governance models, and technologies.

You will drive the people side of change with structured change management, communications, learning coordination, resistance management, and adoption monitoring,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in change management.
• 5+ years of professional change management experience in complex organizations.
• Experience in IT/service management or technology-enabled transformations.

Responsabilités

• Assess need for change management during project intake and identify stakeholders, adoption risks, and constraints.
• Develop integrated change strategies and plans with owners, milestones, and success measures; align with budgets and governance.
• Translate initiatives into practical change interventions and support rollout of SIAM, SAM, ITAM, and Process Governance.
• Act as liaison between Operations, the wider organization, business stakeholders, and external partners; address resistance and coach leaders.
• Design and execute targeted communication plans; coordinate learning needs with HR and Knowledge Management.
• Define and monitor adoption objectives, KPIs, readiness, engagement, risks, and governance; support continuous improvement.
