Ypto seeks an Operations Change Management Officer to drive the people side of change for strategic initiatives across Operations, including SIAM, SAM, ITAM, and governance transformations. You will bridge organizational stakeholders, ensure readiness, and enable adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of demonstrable experience in organizational change management within complex organizations.
• Experience supporting IT, service management, or technology transformations.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SIAM, ServiceNow or similar environments is advantageous.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Assess change management needs during project intake and identify impacted stakeholder groups and adoption risks.
• Develop and maintain integrated change strategies and plans with milestones and success measures.
• Translate initiatives into practical change interventions for departments and stakeholders.
• Act as the change management liaison between Operations, the organization, and external partners.
• Design and execute targeted communication plans and coordinate learning and awareness materials.
• Define and monitor adoption objectives, KPIs, and readiness, reporting to governance bodies.
