Ypto is seeking an Operations Change Management Officer to lead the people side of strategic initiatives across SIAM, SAM, ITAM, BMIT, and Process Governance. You will bridge Operations with the wider Ypto/SNCB organizations, employees, and external partners to ensure adoption and embedding of new processes and governance models.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of professional change management experience in complex organizations.
• Experience supporting transformations involving multiple functions and external suppliers or service providers.
• Experience in IT/service management or technology-enabled transformations.

Responsabilités

• Assess the need for change management during project intake and perform readiness assessments across processes, governance, and technology.
• Develop and maintain integrated change strategies and plans with milestones and success measures.
• Translate initiatives into practical change interventions and support rollout across departments and external partners.
• Act as the change management liaison between Operations, the organization, business stakeholders, and partners.
• Develop and execute targeted communication plans and coordinate learning needs with HR and Knowledge Management.
• Define and monitor adoption objectives, KPIs, and readiness; report to governance bodies.
