Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in organizational change management.
• 5+ years in organizational change management within complex organizations.
• Experience with ITIL, SIAM, and ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Develop integrated change strategies and plans.
• Translate initiatives into practical change interventions.
• Act as a liaison between Operations and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute communication plans.
• Define and monitor adoption objectives and KPIs.
