Ypto/SNCB is seeking an Operations Change Management Officer to support the rollout and adoption of strategic initiatives. You will ensure successful understanding and uptake of new processes and technologies, coordinating with stakeholders across Operations.

The role focuses on developing change strategies, translating initiatives into actionable interventions, and tracking adoption metrics to drive outcomes within a Brussels-based operating context.

Responsabilités

• Assess the need for change management support during project intake.
• Develop and maintain integrated change strategies and plans.
• Translate initiatives into practical change interventions.
• Act as the change management liaison between Operations and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute targeted communication plans.
• Define and monitor adoption objectives and KPIs.
