Marazzi, part of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Specification Sales Manager to build presence in the Belgian market by developing relationships with architects and building professionals and securing early-stage specifications for our ceramic tile portfolio.

You will engage with architects, consultants, and developers, deliver compelling presentations, and lead technical workshops while ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with sales experience in interior design, architecture or building materials.
• Experience visiting or working with architects; knowledge of ceramic tiles is a strong plus.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French, with good working knowledge of English.
• You are comfortable using MS Office and CRM platforms.
• You are a natural relationship builder and a good listener to understand architect needs.
• As the Flemish region is the current priority, based in central Flemish cities.

Responsabilités

• Promote Marazzi's ceramic tiles to architects, consultants, and developers; secure early-stage specifications.
• Identify upcoming construction and design projects and follow them through design, tender, and execution phases.
• Deliver product presentations, bring samples, and run technical workshops for architects and stakeholders.
• Influence key decision-makers to include Marazzi in project specifications.
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights with marketing and product development.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project pipeline and client interactions in the CRM.
• Represent Marazzi at industry events, trade shows, and showroom visits, including trips to Italy.
