Fundermax in Belgium seeks a proactive B2B sales professional to build and manage relationships with architects, designers and contractors. You will identify opportunities, present product-focused solutions for exterior and interior applications, and drive project delivery from initial contact to completion.

The role requires a strong network within Belgium's architectural/ construction ecosystem, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a hunter mentality with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in construction, architecture, or building materials.
• Strong network within the Belgian architectural and construction ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with a hunter mindset and strong service orientation.
• Willingness to travel and manage projects across the region.
• Fluent in Flemish or French, English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with architects, designers, planners, contractors, and authorities.
• Provide product-focused advice to position Fundermax as a trusted partner for exterior and interior applications.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities and projects.
• Manage and coordinate projects independently from first contact to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Application Engineering for seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends to drive business growth.
