NISH Tech BV, based in Belgium, seeks a Software Solution Specialist with expertise in IT Service Management tools, preferably Ivanti Service Manager, to join a leading European organization in the Energy & Utilities sector.

You will translate requirements into configurations and scripts, support integrations and testing, and advise key users while contributing to end-user training. The role emphasizes configuring, developing, maintaining and improving service management solutions.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience with IT service management tools.
• Experience with Ivanti Service Manager is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
• Experience in planning, developing, operating and maintaining applications or software systems.
• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent.

The role focuses on configuring, developing, maintaining and improving service management solutions. You will translate functional and technical requirements into effective configurations and scripts, support integrations, advise key users and contribute to testing and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development and configuration activities.

Required Skills

Location & Work Model

• Full-time position.
