The role emphasizes Ivanti Service Manager expertise, ITIL-based practices, and collaboration with stakeholders. Brussels-based, hybrid work with two onsite days per week.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IT service management tools.
• Ivanti Service Manager experience is strongly preferred.
• ITIL-based service management knowledge and English fluency required; university degree.

About the Role

NISH Tech BV is looking for a Software Solution Specialist with expertise in IT Service Management tools, preferably Ivanti Service Manager, to join a leading European organization in the Energy & Utilities sector.

The role focuses on configuring, developing, maintaining and improving service management solutions. You will translate functional and technical requirements into effective configurations and scripts, support integrations, advise key users and contribute to testing and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement functional and technical requirements through configuration and scripting.


• Configure and customize IT service management tools.


• Maintain and operate service management applications.


• Participate in end-to-end development and configuration activities.


• Identify opportunities for software improvements and further development.


• Support application and system integrations.


• Advise key users on IT service management practices.


• Support testing activities and end-user training.


• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.


• Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of software solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with IT service management tools.


• Experience with Ivanti Service Manager is strongly preferred.


• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.


• Experience with JavaScript.


• Experience in planning, developing, operating and maintaining applications or software systems.


• Fluent English communication skills.


• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent.

Location & Work Model
