Xintas in Belgium is seeking a Software Solution Specialist to join the Users Support group. You will implement and configure Ivanti Service Manager to meet business needs and integrate it with the broader IT landscape.

You will advise key users on IT service management, participate in end-to-end development, and support testing and training of end users. A university degree and at least three years' experience with service management tools are expected, with ITIL knowledge and JavaScript skills

Qualifications

Degree required in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience with service management tools.
Knowledge of Ivanti Service Manager preferred.
Experience with ITIL processes is desirable.

Responsabilités

Implementation and configuration of customer requirements in the user support tools.
Ensuring operation and software maintenance in collaboration with the team.
Advise key users on IT service management issues and best practices when using the tool.
Participate in end-to-end activities of new developments and configurations.
Initiate and participate in further developments and improvements of the software.
Support the integration of the software into the Group's application and system landscape.
Assist in testing and training of end users.
