Job summary

NISH Tech BV in Belgium seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture across complex IT environments, aligning business needs with delivery plans and modernizing application landscapes.

You will design and govern architectural solutions, specialise in domain-driven, microservices and event-driven approaches, and collaborate with stakeholders, architecture teams and delivery teams to ensure coherent, scalable designs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant Solution Architecture experience.
• Experience in complex IT environments.
• Knowledge of architecture standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, ATAM.
• Experience with microservices and/or event-driven architecture.
• Dutch and/or French + English language proficiency.

About the Role

NISH Tech BV is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to support technology transformation initiatives within a leading European energy and electricity infrastructure organization.

You will design and adapt technical solutions that address business challenges while contributing to the modernization of application landscapes. The role involves analysing functional and non-functional requirements, defining solution building blocks, developing architecture designs and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, architecture teams and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in application and integration architecture and understands modern architectural approaches including Domain-Driven Design, microservices and event-driven architecture. You will also contribute to architecture governance and decision-making while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
