ITproposal is recruiting a ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, configure, and build ITSM and CSM solutions in Brussels. You will implement workflows, scripts, and UI policies while ensuring ITIL-aligned practices and secure integrations.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, and strong JavaScript/Glide API skills. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and contributions to platform upgrades.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and AngularJS.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilités

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation scripts.
• Create and maintain UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Develop secure and scalable integrations with external systems such as CRM and ERP platforms.
• Support ServiceNow instance upgrades and cloning activities.
• Contribute to platform performance optimization and CMDB, Discovery, and asset management capabilities.
• Follow ServiceNow coding standards and ITIL/security guidelines.
