TechTalent Resourcing is looking for a ServiceNow Architect and Team Lead in Brussels. You will own the end-to-end architecture across ITSM, ITOM, and security-related modules, guiding multi‑disciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities include defining the platform roadmap, CMDB governance, integration design, and delivering scalable, secure solutions with strong governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow expertise in enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM, SecOps, IRM/GRC.
• Experience with CMDB governance and data modeling.

Responsabilités

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture across modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM).
• Lead platform roadmap and governance, ensuring upgrade-safe designs.
• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams and enforce quality gates.
• Design data models, CMDB, security access plans, and integration patterns.
• Lead ITSM, ITOM, SAM/HAM workflows and reporting.
• Drive non-functional requirements, release management, and platform health.
