Itproposal is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, configure, and develop ITSM/CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on delivering robust workflows, integrations, and platform administration in a contract setting.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, CSA certification, and strong scripting skills across JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and AngularJS, with Agile/Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation scripts.
• Create and maintain UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Support ServiceNow instance upgrades and cloning activities; contribute to platform performance optimization.
