Alldus International Consulting Ltd is actively seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join a Brussels-based client on a contract basis. The role focuses on shaping the enterprise ServiceNow architecture, owning the platform roadmap and delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise ServiceNow implementations experience and team leadership.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and ServiceNow workflow design.
• Experience with ITAM/SAM/HAM and ITOM incl. Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• CMDB architecture, reconciliation and data governance expertise.
• Experience designing SecOps and IRM/GRC solutions.
• Strong architecture skills: data models, access controls, documentation and integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, SSO, and ACLs.
• Guide teams on development standards, testing, deployments and upgrade-safe design.
• Certifications (CTA, CMA or CIS) are advantageous; CSA, CAD, ITIL, security or risk certs welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the local ServiceNow team, providing technical direction.
• Define platform architecture, roadmap, design standards and governance.
• Lead solution design from requirements through implementation, testing and release.
• Design ITSM workflows (incidents, requests, problems, changes, knowledge, catalog, SLAs).
• Shape SAM/HAM solutions incl. asset lifecycles, licensing and reporting.
• Lead ITOM design: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Govern CMDB data model, ownership, reconciliation and data quality.
• Design Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response and IRM/GRC workflows.
• Define secure integrations with identity, monitoring, security, procurement and other systems.
• Maintain platform health: testing standards, release governance, upgrade planning and tech debt.
