Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM.
• Proficient in building rules, scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and MID Server.
• Good understanding of ITIL, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• Support CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, upgrades, cloning, and performance optimization.
• Follow ServiceNow, ITIL, security, and coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in ITSM and CSM. The candidate will be responsible for ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, workflows, and platform administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• Support CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, upgrades, cloning, and performance optimization.
• Follow ServiceNow, ITIL, security, and coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills
