A multinational defence organisation in Mons seeks a readiness and service-acceptance professional to define and guard what is ready for operations. This on-site role focuses on agreeing acceptance criteria and ensuring deliverables meet service readiness before handover.

You will join projects early, write acceptance criteria, review documents, track actions, and keep stakeholders aligned across matrix teams in secured environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ITIL service operations experience, ideally in an operations centre.
• Experience in large organisations with matrix structures.
• Ability to analyse business processes and draft workable changes.
• Solid grounding in telecommunications, network and IT solutions.
• Two years of vocational training/experience or four years of secondary education required.

Responsabilités

• Join projects early to ensure the operations view is heard.
• Write and maintain acceptance criteria for moving to service.
• Review deliverables against criteria with clear comments.
• Track transition actions and follow up until closure.
• Keep stakeholders informed and step in for senior colleagues when needed.
