NATO in Mons, Belgium is seeking an experienced Level-2 IT support professional for an on-site, contract (B2B) engagement. You will work within a NIC + contractor team in a G14-equivalent Chief Technician role, providing Level-2 and service-management support for incidents, service requests, changes and tasks, in alignment with NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level-2 and Service-Management support for incidents, service requests, change requests and tasks.
• Deliver on-site support and collaborate with NIC + contractor teams.
• Document, categorize and resolve tickets per internal processes.
• Install, monitor and support listed service components and tools.
• Participate in daily reporting and planning sessions.
• Provide on-call support as required.

We are supporting NATO in sourcing experienced professionals for mission-critical roles across the Alliance. This is a contract (B2B) engagement delivered on-site, working alongside NATO teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within an integrated NIC + contractor team in a G14-equivalent Chief Technician role
• Provide Level-2 and Service-Management support for Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests and Tasks, traceable through NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps
• Respond, document, categorise and resolve assigned tickets in line with internal processes
• Install, maintain, monitor and support the JSSC services (NAMIS, CoreGIS, REACT, Intel-FS, ANB, Release Server, HMART, CSD IPL/IWS, ICMT, AOSS, NABI and more)
• Participate in daily reporting and planning (daily meetings), workshops, events and conferences as directed by the Service Delivery Manager(s)
• Take part in on-call support as required

Required Skills and Qualifications
