Wlgroup in Mons, Belgium, seeks an Operations Readiness Specialist to join a multinational defence organisation on-site. You will define what “ready for operations” means, write acceptance criteria, and verify that deliverables meet those criteria so the service can take over.

You'll review documentation, track transitions, and coordinate actions across teams in secured environments, ensuring handover quality and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ITIL service operations experience in operations centre.

Responsabilités

• Joining projects early, when requirements and support models are being agreed, ensuring operations view is heard.
• Writing and maintaining acceptance criteria a project must meet before moving into service.
• Reviewing project deliverables against criteria with comments and recommendations.
• Tracking transition actions, dependencies and open items to closure.
• Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged, stepping in for senior colleagues when needed.
