HumanInTech is seeking an experienced test specialist to support planning, coordination and execution of testing activities for a Belgian energy network operator. The role blends hands-on testing with leadership, ensuring quality across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will lead functional, integration and end-to-end testing, align activities across stakeholders, and coach others to raise testing maturity.

Qualifications

5+ years as a test specialist.
5+ years as test lead/coordinator.
4+ years creating tests in Jira.
Experience in Agile/Scrum.
Experience coordinating test activities across multiple parties.
Dutch language at CEFR C2 level.

Responsabilités

Lead and coordinate functional, integration, acceptance and end-to-end testing activities.
Align test activities between business, analysts, developers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Monitor the quality of test execution and follow up on risks and defects.
Develop tests in a test management tool (preferably Jira).
Write test scenarios and apply formal test methods and techniques.
Support the professionalisation of the testing function through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and quality assurance.
Facilitate collaboration between all parties involved in software delivery.
Organise workshops and support users with knowledge transfer.
