Médiane Benelux is seeking talented QA Engineers to join our network of Antwerp clients. You will design and execute test strategies for web, mobile, embedded and enterprise software, ensuring high quality across projects.

You'll collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers in a flexible environment; on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on client. Fluent English required; Dutch or French is a plus. Opportunity to grow in a dynamic, innovative company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing / QA
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Appium)
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar)
• Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks (web, API, mobile, desktop)
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing
• Track and report defects, follow up on issue resolution, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Continuously improve testing processes, methods, and environments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support agile team practices
