E‑Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Test Specialist & Functional Test Lead to join a multidisciplinary testing team in Belgium. The role blends hands-on testing with test coordination across projects and Agile teams, ensuring quality and structured testing processes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers and external suppliers, lead functional, integration, acceptance and end-to-end testing, and help drive shift-left and CI/CD testing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Specialist.
• Minimum 5 years as Test Coordinator/Lead.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with Jira.
• Strong testing methods and stakeholder management.
• Dutch at CEFR C2 level / native.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and monitor testing activities across projects and Agile teams.
• Act as Test Lead or Test Coordinator within complex environments.
• Coordinate functional, integration, acceptance and end-to-end testing.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases and documentation.
• Manage test execution, defects, risks and results.
• Coordinate testing with business, analysts, developers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure test coverage and quality throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Support end-to-end testing across multiple applications and organisations.
• Contribute to test strategy, governance and quality improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and ways of working.
• Work within Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Contribute to testing in DevOps/CI/CD environments.
