Astek Belgium is seeking a Tech Lead specialized in test automation to guide complex QA efforts within a major telecom project in Belgium. You will operate a strategy to stabilize and industrialize automation, and mentor local and offshore QA teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in test automation, strong Selenium and API testing experience, and a solid background in Agile environments. Excellent communication and leadership will be essential to success.

• 5–8+ years in test automation
• Strong Selenium experience
• Proficient in test frameworks like JUnit/TestNG
• Experience leading QA teams
• Knowledge of Agile environments

• Define and drive the test automation strategy
• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks
