Astek Belgium is seeking a Tech Lead specialized in test automation within a major telecom transformation project in Belgium. You will define and drive the test automation strategy, design automation frameworks, and provide technical leadership to QA teams, including offshore members.

You will collaborate with Development and DevOps, monitor QA KPIs, and mentor the QA team to raise quality and reduce technical debt. The role emphasizes agile practices and a strong automation focus.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in test automation, with hands-on leadership.
• Strong Selenium expertise and framework design experience.
• Proficient in API testing and test automation strategies.
• Experience designing scalable automation architectures.
• Familiar with Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the test automation strategy
