Vector Synergy is a prime contractor for NATO and European Union agencies. We are seeking a Senior Technician (Innovation and Continuous Improvement) with NATO Secret clearance to join our team on a B2B basis in Belgium.

Qualifikationen

• ITIL Service Operations experience, preferably in an Operations Centre.
• Experience in large corporate environments with matrixed structures.
• Ability to analyse and review business processes and draft related documentation.
• Experience assessing feasibility of business process changes and suggesting new approaches.
• Good knowledge of Telecommunications/Network/IT solutions and products.

Security Clearance: NATO Secret (mandatory)

Contract: B2B

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Practical experience in the implementation of ITIL Service Operations processes, preferably in an Operations Centre environment;


• Experience working in a large corporate environment with matrixed structures;


• Familiarity with analysing and reviewing business processes, project management, and preparing business documentation;


• Exposure to assessing feasibility of business process changes and recommending new approaches.


• Good knowledge and experience of Telecommunications/ Network/ Information Technology solutions and products.

Desirable experience and education:

• PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile PM or equivalent;


• ITIL V3 or 4 Foundation or equivalent;


• ITIL CSI or Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent;


• Business Analysis Management or equivalent;


• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;


• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organisation, including ACO and ACT.

Duties/role:

• Actively participating in operational requirement alignment and planning phases of projects;


• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to support the definition of the project support model and associated requirements;


• Contributing to the coordination and follow-up of activities required for projects transitioning to Service Operations.
