Editx is seeking a 3rd Line Support / System Engineer to act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents in an international environment. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with collaborative problem solving and a focus on reliability.

You will work with Microsoft and Linux environments, lead system administration and infrastructure projects, and partner with networking, security, cloud and platform teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience handling L3 incidents and complex technical issues.
• Experience with Windows and Linux infrastructures.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical escalation point, taking ownership of complex L3 incidents.
• Troubleshoot and improve Microsoft, Linux and infrastructure environments.
• Work on system administration and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with networking, security, cloud and platform teams on challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, documentation, monitoring and procedures.
• Share expertise with colleagues and act as a technical reference for lower support levels.
