Job summary
Editx, Brussels-based, is looking for a System & Network Engineer to strengthen the internal IT team. You will own incidents, support hardware and software, and ensure reliable connectivity.
You will administer Microsoft 365 stack (SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID), manage Windows and Linux devices via Intune, and contribute to security, patching, vendor coordination and IT projects.
Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and Entra ID.
- Experience managing Windows and Linux devices and software deployment with Intune.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and DNS security and patching.
- Coordination with IT partners and IT asset/licence management.
- Maintaining technical documentation and improving internal IT processes.
Responsibilities
- Internal IT & User Support: Take ownership of incidents and service requests for hardware, software and connectivity.
- Microsoft Ecosystem: Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Active Directory and Entra ID for day-to-day operations.
- Endpoint & System Management: Manage Windows and Linux devices and deployment via Intune.
- Networking & Security: Support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and DNS, assist in patching and vulnerability remediation.
- IT Operations & Suppliers: Coordinate with external IT partners and manage IT assets and licences.
- Continuous Improvement: Document processes and contribute to IT projects for efficiency.
