- Experience providing 1st-3rd line IT support across users and infrastructure.
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and Windows environments.
- Proven ability to manage incidents, changes and requests in ITIL-based workflows.
Responsabilités
- Provide 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support across users, systems and endpoints.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and Windows environments.
- Own system maintenance, incidents, requests and changes per ITIL.
- Manage user lifecycle and access (onboarding/offboarding).
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing using Jira and Confluence.
- Contribute to technical projects and continuous improvement across Europe.
