Job summary

Neurho Solutions in Belgium seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape an HR transformation from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will analyze HR data and processes and define a target model with Employee Central as the master, laying the basis for a coherent implementation and data migration.

You will map data, identify gaps, document migrations, and propose an approach with an overall effort estimate.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in data mapping (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience in workload estimation (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience in gap analysis and fit-gap analysis (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience with HR processes (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience in functional documentation (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience with SAP HCM (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors migration and data migration (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (expert level).
• Dutch or French at C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the organisational structure, HR infotypes, processes and data dependencies with experts.
• Map SAP HCM data to Employee Central and propose a standard target model.
• Document the data to migrate and data outside the target scope.
• Recommend an implementation approach and a migration/data cleansing strategy.
• Estimate the implementation effort in person-days and review with the Project Manager.
