Job summary

Neurho Solutions in Belgium seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape an HR transformation from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will analyze HR data and processes and define a target model with Employee Central as the master, laying the basis for a coherent implementation and data migration.

You will map data, identify gaps, document migrations, and propose an approach with an overall effort estimate.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in data mapping (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience in workload estimation (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience in gap analysis and fit-gap analysis (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience with HR processes (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience in functional documentation (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience with SAP HCM (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors migration and data migration (expert level).
• At least ten years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (expert level).
• Dutch or French at C2 level.

Responsibilities

Your role

• Analyse the organisational structure, standard and custom infotypes, HR processes and data dependencies with subject matter experts.
• Map SAP HCM data to Employee Central, identify gaps and propose a standard target model, including the treatment of custom infotypes.
• Document the data to migrate and the data outside the target scope.
• Recommend an implementation approach and a strategy for migration and data cleansing.
• Estimate the implementation effort in person-days and review it with the Project Manager.

You have

• At least ten years of experience in data mapping, at expert level.
• At least ten years of experience in workload estimation, at expert level.
• At least ten years of experience in gap analysis and fit-gap analysis, at expert level.
• At least ten years of experience with HR processes, at expert level.
• At least ten years of experience in functional documentation, at expert level.
• At least ten years of experience with SAP HCM, at expert level.
• At least ten years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors migration and data migration, at expert level.
• At least ten years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, at expert level.
• Dutch or French at C2 level.

A plus

• English at C1 level.
• At least seven years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• At least five years of experience as a technical consultant.
• SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain effective under pressure.
