Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a four‑month, full‑time consultancy assignment at a client site in Belgium. You will translate HR data and processes from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, collaborating with STIB experts to define the target model.

You will evaluate implementation complexity, propose modeling approaches, and define a coherent migration strategy, data cleansing, and effort estimation. Fluency in French and English/Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP HCM with integrations to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Certification as SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core.
• Excellent communication skills and resilience under stress.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing SAP HCM in collaboration with STIB experts to define target Employee Central model.
• Map data between Employee Central and SAP HCM, identifying gaps between source and target models.
• Propose modeling solutions including Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Employment Information, MDF Objects, and Business Rules.
• Define treatment of specific infotypes (9XXX).
