Job summary

SNCB is seeking a SuccessFactors Specialist to drive the HRIS transformation from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central within the ERP & Corporate Services domain. You will own configurations, support migrations, and ensure ongoing optimization of multiple SF modules.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, document requirements, and implement best practices while maintaining data integrity and system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or comparable HR platform.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data models.
• Experience migrating SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand needs and identify improvements.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional analysis with best practices.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules (LMS, ONB 2.0, REC, RMK, GMPM, People Analytics).
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization with data integrity in focus.
• Monitor system performance and stay updated with SuccessFactors updates and innovations.
