Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a four‑month, full‑time consultancy assignment at a client site in Belgium. You will translate HR data and processes from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, collaborating with STIB experts to define the target model.

You will evaluate implementation complexity, propose modeling approaches, and define a coherent migration strategy, data cleansing, and effort estimation. Fluency in French and English/Dutch is required.

Job description

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will be part of the Business Solutions department, reporting to the Manager Build & Transform. The main mission of the department is to ensure internal performance by providing quality IT solutions. We develop, operate, and maintain a range of internal IT solutions, including the SAP suite and document management systems like Documentum or OpenText, as well as intranet and mobile applications.

Mission Context:

As part of a HR transformation program and migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, the Business Analyst will define the target Employee Central model based on functional and technical analysis of existing HR data and processes, in collaboration with existing STIB experts.

The Business Analyst will evaluate the complexity of implementing the target model and define the elements to consider for a coherent implementation approach. This role will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing SAP HCM in collaboration with STIB experts, ensuring a comprehensive understanding to define the target Employee Central model.
• Map the data between Employee Central and SAP HCM, identifying gaps between source and target models.
• Propose suitable modeling solutions, including Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Employment Information, MDF Objects, and Business Rules.
• Define the treatment of specific infotypes (9XXX).

Deliverables:

• Definition of the target solution, including a data migration catalog and gap analysis between SAP HCM and Employee Central.
• Recommendations for migration strategy and data cleansing.
• Estimation of implementation effort based on the recommended approach.

Required Experience:

• Experience in SAP HCM with integrations to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Minimum of 5 years as a technical consultant with certification as a “SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core.” Proof of certification must be included in the candidate's CV.
• Excellent communication skills and resilience under stress.
• Language proficiency in French and English/Dutch.
