Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to drive digital transformation in the Public Sector and Education industries. You’ll own presales activities, craft innovative AI-driven solutions, and translate complex public sector needs into feasible Salesforce deployments.

You will collaborate with buyers, partners, and cross-functional teams to demo, design, and validate agentic and data-driven solutions, ensuring clear value and strong ROI for government customers.

Qualifications

• Presales role experience in CRM/AI or cloud solutions, preferably public sector.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong listening, analytical, and requirement translation skills.
• Self-driven, adaptable, proactive growth mindset.
• Customer-oriented, curious, critical thinker with passion for public sector digitalization and AI.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and enterprise consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Clearly articulate Salesforce value to public sector stakeholders.
• Assess requirements in public administrations and propose ROI-focused solutions.
• Manage the solution cycle with cross-functional teams for cohesive proposals.
• Deliver tailored Salesforce demonstrations reflecting client processes.
• Prepare responses to RFPs and provide technical training and support.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings.
• Monitor public sector trends and AI innovations to stay ahead.
• Promote enablement activities and participate in internal training.
• Demonstrate expertise in AI and cloud applications with proof-of-concept work.
• Co‑build with customers and partners, sharing best practices.
• Leave teams more capable after each engagement.
