Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist for Public Sector, Nonprofit and Education clients in Belgium. You will own end-to-end engagements, define AI strategy, and guide deployments across Salesforce's agentic AI platform and Data Cloud.

The role emphasizes governance, measurable adoption, and scalable value. You will work with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into strategic AI solutions, while coordinating with engineers to ensure timely delivery and client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit sectors.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and data cloud capabilities.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
Define AI strategy and roadmaps for public sector clients and translate into actionable designs.
Oversee delivery timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications for projects.
Drive adoption, measure outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
Contribute to design of AI solutions including agentic AI components and governance.
