Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Solution Engineer to drive the digital transformation for government organizations, translating complex public sector needs into practical agentic and data-driven solutions.

You will design and demonstrate software that automates processes and improves citizen experiences using Salesforce platforms and AI capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams, deliver compelling demos, and contribute to proofs-of-concept to show

Qualifications

Experience in presales for CRM/AI or cloud solutions, preferably in public sector or regulated environments.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and demonstrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

Articulate Salesforce value to public sector clients across multiple levels of government.
Lead end-to-end solution cycles with cross-functional teams to create cohesive proposals.
Deliver tailored demonstrations and respond to RFPs with technical guidance and training.
Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to refine offerings.
