Qualifications

• Experience in presales roles for CRM, AI or cloud solutions, preferably public sector.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong listening, analytical, and business requirements translation.
• Self-driven, adaptable and proactive in professional growth.
• Customer-oriented, curious, and able to explain complex concepts.
• Experience driving digital transformation and enterprise consulting.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Articulate Salesforce value to public sector stakeholders at all levels.
• Assess requirements and propose regulatory, operational, and ROI-focused solutions.
• Manage full solution cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver tailored Salesforce demos reflecting client processes.
• Prepare responses to RFPs and provide technical training.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams.
• Monitor public sector trends to keep offerings current.
• Lead enablement activities and internal knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate AI and agentic tech value through proof concepts.
• Co-build with customers and partners to uplift capabilities.
