Leggett Dynamics seeks a Logistics Coordinator to lead the movement of materials and products within our manufacturing network. You will supervise reception, storage and dispatch while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

You will manage inventory accuracy, mentor team members, and ensure ERP compliance in a fast-paced environment, supporting safety and reliability for our automotive customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong inventory management and materials flow knowledge.
• Experience with ERP and inventory systems; MS Office proficient.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee reception, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Coach and develop team to meet targets.
• Maintain ERP accuracy and SOP compliance.
• Ensure material supply to manufacturing and packaging.
• Lead waste flow management and Lean improvements.
• Uphold safety standards and drive zero accidents.
• Contribute to business continuity through deputy roles.
