Leggett Dynamics, a global leader in seating support and comfort systems, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Belgium. You will oversee the reception, storage and dispatch of goods, lead and develop a team, and ensure accurate ERP-based processes and stock control.

The role requires strong inventory knowledge and Lean manufacturing experience. Fluency in Dutch and French is essential, English a plus, and there is a strong emphasis on safety and continuous

Qualifications

• High school or college degree.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and material flow processes.
• Experience with MS Office, ERP and inventory management systems.
• Fluent Dutch and French with English as a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth reception, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate process execution within ERP and warehouse systems.
• Drive inventory accuracy across FG, RM and WIP with stock controls and cycle counts.
• Coordinate uninterrupted material supply to manufacturing, including raw materials and packaging.
• Coordinate and follow up waste flow management.
• Identify and implement Lean Manufacturing improvements.
• Promote safety-first culture and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Support business continuity with deputy/back-up responsibilities as required.

We, at Leggett Dynamics, are searching for a Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) within our Customer Service team to help support our Automotive business. Additionally, You’ll

• Ensure the smooth and efficient reception, storage, and dispatch of all goods entering and leaving the facility
• Lead, coach, and develop assigned team members to consistently achieve operational targets and performance objectives
• Maintain accurate process execution and compliance within the ERP and warehouse management systems
• Drive inventory accuracy across Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Work In Progress (WIP) through effective stock control and cycle counting processes
• Coordinate and ensure uninterrupted material supply to manufacturing operations, including raw materials, packaging, and production consumables
• Coordination and follow up of waste flow management
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
• Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards while striving for zero accidents
• Support business continuity by fulfilling assigned deputy and back-up responsibilities as required

To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Need

• A High School or College degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of inventory management and material flow processes
• Experience working with MS Office, ERP and inventory management systems
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as hands-on mentality and decision-making ability
• Fluent Dutch and French language skills, English language skills are a plus
