Leggett Dynamics, a global leader in seating support and comfort systems, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Belgium. You will oversee the reception, storage and dispatch of goods, lead and develop a team, and ensure accurate ERP-based processes and stock control.

The role requires strong inventory knowledge and Lean manufacturing experience. Fluency in Dutch and French is essential, English a plus, and there is a strong emphasis on safety and continuous

Qualifications

• High school or college degree.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and material flow processes.
• Experience with MS Office, ERP and inventory management systems.
• Fluent Dutch and French with English as a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth reception, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate process execution within ERP and warehouse systems.
• Drive inventory accuracy across FG, RM and WIP with stock controls and cycle counts.
• Coordinate uninterrupted material supply to manufacturing, including raw materials and packaging.
• Coordinate and follow up waste flow management.
• Identify and implement Lean Manufacturing improvements.
• Promote safety-first culture and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Support business continuity with deputy/back-up responsibilities as required.
