Leggett Dynamics is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the Environmental, Health & Safety function within our Plant Management team. You will ensure regulatory compliance and drive a proactive safety culture across our manufacturing operations.

You will guide and coach colleagues, monitor evolving regulations, and implement action plans to reduce risk and support sustainable business success. Strong EHS background and multilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related discipline.
• Certified Prevention Advisor Level II (Level I would be an advantage).
• 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent Dutch, French and English language skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and evolve the EHS function to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance while fostering a proactive safety culture.
• Drive a zero-accident safety culture and provide guidance and coaching to colleagues.
• Ensure compliance through monitoring and auditing activities and lead EHS training/awareness initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary actions.
• Review and approve new equipment and processes to mitigate EHS risks.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance EHS performance and reporting.
• Support emergency response, business continuity, and backup responsibilities.
