Leggett Dynamics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Customer Service team and support our Automotive business in Belgium. You will oversee the smooth flow of materials and products, lead a dedicated operations team, and collaborate across Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning and Quality to drive excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership position, strong inventory management, ERP/WMS experience, and fluency in Dutch and French (English a plus).

Qualifications

• High School or College degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong inventory management and material flow knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office, ERP and inventory management systems.
• Fluent Dutch and French; English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee reception, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Lead and develop team to meet targets and performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate process execution within ERP and WMS.
• Drive inventory accuracy across FG, RM, and WIP.
• Coordinate material supply to manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate waste flow management.
• Identify improvements using Lean principles.
• Maintain safety-first culture and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Fulfill deputy and back-up responsibilities as required.
