You will coordinate the reception, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of parts, monitor performance, report to the Supervisor, and address issues, escalating complex problems when needed.

Responsabilités

• Train, manage, motivate, and support your team to achieve operational targets, while identifying training and development needs.
• Monitor workflows related to the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of parts.
• Monitor team performance and report these to the Supervisor.
• Resolve minor operational issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary.
