Job summary

Leggett Dynamics in Wevelgem, BE, is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to support our Automotive business. You will ensure high service levels, coordinate customer demand with supply, and maintain strong customer relationships across a cross-functional team of service, manufacturing, sales, and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with fluent Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management or Business Administration).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in production area.
• Excellent communication across all levels, especially to customers, with accurate working style.
• Strong coordination between internal capacity and customer needs.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional French/German/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as primary contact for supply-related matters.
• Monitor demand changes and gather customer insights to support accurate planning.
• Resolve orders, deliveries, returns, packaging, and supply issues to ensure service levels.
• Manage customer data exchange, supplier portals, and demand communication for accurate ERP planning.
• Coordinate customer-specific supply requirements and packaging approvals.
• Escalate and communicate supply risks in a timely manner.
• Promote a safety-first culture and maintain a safe working environment.
