PwC Belgium is seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM consultant to join our Advisory team. You will lead client workshops, translate business needs into Salesforce designs and own end-to-end workstreams from design to go-live.

Join a multidisciplinary, international team leveraging Data and AI to deliver high-impact CRM solutions across the public and private sectors. A Master’s degree and Salesforce certifications are expected, with fluency in English and Dutch or French.

Qualifications

Around 3+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM consulting or technology implementation.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and cloud technologies.
Salesforce certifications are required.
Experience in consulting and/or public sector is a plus.
Project management exposure (Agile, Prince2 or similar) is an asset.
Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
A Master’s degree or equivalent academic background.

Responsabilités

Leading and facilitating client workshops to understand business needs and CRM strategy.
Translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional Salesforce designs.
Owning and delivering functional workstreams across the full project lifecycle, from design to testing and go-live.
Collaborating with developers, project managers and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
Performing functional testing, supporting user acceptance testing and guiding user training sessions.
Leveraging Data and AI tools to enhance client solutions and improve delivery efficiency.
Contributing to pre-sales, proposals and RFP responses, including effort estimations.
Ensuring high-quality documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Within PwC Advisory, our CRM, Salesforce, Data and AI team helps organisations transform how they engage with their customers and create value. We combine business expertise with leading cloud technologies to design and implement smart, scalable and future‑proof CRM solutions. Working alongside a multidisciplinary and international team, you’ll explore complex challenges, contribute to innovative Salesforce transformations and leverage data and AI to deliver high‑impact results for our clients.

What your day will look like

Collaborating closely with developers, project managers and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions
Performing functional testing, supporting user acceptance testing and guiding user training sessions

Contributing to pre‑sales, proposals and RFP responses, including effort estimations
Ensuring high‑quality documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Your profile

Around 3+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM consulting or technology implementation
