Zusammenfassung

Rhox is seeking a senior incident analyst to resolve transactional message-exchange incidents in the Belgian energy market. You will analyse impact, define recovery actions and coordinate fixes with IT providers and market participants.

The role requires at least five years in incident analysis, ITIL and Scrum certifications, and strong knowledge of message exchange and BPMN modelling. Travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of incident analysis experience.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate and Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• Three+ years in message exchange: Structure, Rectification, Measure and Cross.
• Three+ years in Belgian energy market exposure.
• Knowledge of MIG6 and MIG DGO domains.
• SQL querying, data analysis and modification.
• Five years defining business and functional requirements including BPMN.
• Five years managing third-party IT service providers.
• Experience developing and managing escalation procedures.
• Familiar with incident ticketing tools such as TopDesk, Jira or ServiceNow.
• Azure DevOps and user story creation.
• Dutch or French at C1, plus another national language at B2.
• English at C1.

Aufgaben

• Analyse incidents and their impact on systems and market participants.
• Create, document and execute workarounds and recovery actions.
• Coordinate incident resolution with IT providers, DGOs, TSOs and suppliers.
• Share solutions and maintain the knowledge base.
• Identify recurring incidents for problem and change analysis.
• Follow incident procedures and monitor service quality.
