Job summary

Rhox is seeking a Senior Incident Analyst to lead a team in Belgium, coordinating incident recovery and ensuring consistent handling of transactional message-exchange incidents within the energy market. You will align processes with service delivery leads and mentor the team to improve response quality.

You will drive data-driven analysis, maintain knowledge bases, and coordinate with DGO, TSO, and suppliers. Fluent English and strong Belgian-language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of team management and progress reporting, including coaching and mentoring.
• Five years writing, modifying and executing SQL queries; data analysis.
• Five years defining business and functional requirements, including BPMN, modelling and optimisation.
• At least one year in Belgian energy market and message-exchange domains.
• Experience in incident analysis and defining and managing escalation procedures.
• Coordination with DGO, TSO and supplier stakeholders; third-party IT provider management.
• MIG6 and/or MIG DGO knowledge.
• Knowledge of message-exchange database structures and related applications, or ability to learn them.
• Ticketing tools such as TopDesk, Jira or ServiceNow.
• Azure DevOps and user story creation.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate.
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• Dutch or French, C1, with the other language at B2.
• English, C1.
• Nice to have: Five years of functional analysis experience.
• Nice to have: Experience with a project methodology.
