Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Incident Analyst to join client teams in Brussels, operating on-site with hybrid options. You will drive incident resolution, analyze root causes and share knowledge across DGOs to standardize solutions for multiple clients in the energy sector.

You will collaborate with problem and change analysts, IT vendors, and business leaders while applying ITIL and Agile practices. Fluency in English plus Dutch or French at CEFR C1 is required.

Formación

• 5+ years as a functional analyst or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation certificate is required.
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate required.
• Dutch or French at CEFR level C1 is required.
• Very good English at CEFR level C1 is required.
• Experience with incident management tools (TopDesk/Jira/ServiceNow) is required.
• Experience with SQL and CMS data models is required.
• Experience in the Belgian energy market is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Explain issues clearly to clients and vendors.
• Analyze incidents and assess impact on client systems.
• Create workarounds and document resolutions.
• Share knowledge across DGOs and teams.
• Update client Knowledge DB with solutions.
• Provide feedback to improve problem/change processes.
• Follow incident management procedures and perform QC.
